- Prices are observations, not offers made by this site. Each price is shown with its shop, the time it was last checked and its verification state; a price that could not be re-checked is not presented as current.
- The site never sells anything and never executes a purchase. Purchase links to the shops, and the advertising (affiliate) disclosure, are on the product pages. Commission and partnerships never change the order of listings or candidates.
- Machine access (read-only, no authentication): a REST API described by OpenAPI and an MCP server (Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses) with the tools `search_products`, `get_current_offers`, `resolve_purchase_request`, `compare_products`, `list_deals`. API and MCP answers never carry affiliate tracking links; they carry the page URLs (`canonical_page`, `site_entry_page`) where a person compares the shops and buys.
- Rakuten Ichiba listings appear only on the web pages, never in API, MCP or RSS answers.
